At SWAG Boxers, your comfort is our priority, but due to the hygienic nature of underwear, we only accept returns on unworn, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If your first pair doesn't fit quite right, our 'First Pair Guarantee' ensures you get the right size without the hassle.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

Pack and Ship

Place the unopened boxers in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
